My love for Monferrato, and especially for Camagna Monferrato, inspires me to help bring new life to this beautiful village.

I search for abandoned and neglected properties and, together with local professionals, notaries, the municipality, and members of the community, help bring them back onto the market.

By welcoming people from different generations and backgrounds, we can create a vibrant village where Italians and foreigners live, work, and enjoy life together.

 

We have already taken the first step by successfully selling a house that had 

stood empty  for more than 20 years.

Every restored home helps strengthen the community and preserve the unique character of Camagna Monferrato.

As part of this commitment, I invest 10% of my commission into plants, flowers, and small beautification projects that help help keep the village attractive,

welcoming, and full of life.
